Return Process:

Initiate a return by contacting our dedicated customer service team at info@hoogaplayroom.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will promptly assist you, providing a return authorization number and detailed instructions.

Timeframe:

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Unfortunately, returns or refunds cannot be processed after this period.

Eligibility:

Our return policy applies to all items purchased from our e-commerce store and shipped to the UK. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Hooga Playroom cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and verify the returned item's condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exceptions:

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used, washed, or damaged items. Additionally, items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for returns.

Faulty Items:
