- To return an item, you must contact Hooga Playroom customer service within 30 days of delivery at info@hoogaplayroom.com.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- There are a few exceptions to the return policy, including used, washed, or damaged items, and items purchased on sale or clearance.
